WEEKLY RESEARCH WORKSHOPS: We are continuing to run research workshops every Wednesday at Manchester Central Library until May from 1pm-4pm. These will include members of different community groups, students at Manchester Metropolitan University and members of the public.

WEEKLY DESIGN WORKSHOPS: We are now running design workshops alongside the research workshops for a dedicated design team to finalise the panel designs. These will also be running every Wednesday at Manchester Central Library until May from 1pm-4pm.

MANCHESTER HISTORIES FESTIVAL! Thursday 4th - Saturday 6th June 2026

This year marks the 10th edition of Manchester Histories Festival. It will take place in and around Manchester Central Library. The festival will celebrate the spirit of civic pride and community collaboration, inviting audiences, artists, academics, and local groups to contribute to a shared story of the city’s past, present, and future.

We will be in the Manchester Histories Hub sharing the work we have done so far.
